An initial consultation is available to discuss case needs, timelines, and objectives. Following this discussion a customized quote will be provided.

Standard Turnaround for projects are typically completed within 10-15 days, depending on record volume and case complexity.
Expedited Services are available for time-sensitive matters. Expedited requests require adjustments of existing workflow and are subject to the following:
7-9 business day turnaround: +25% of total project fee.
4-6 business day turnaround: +50% of total project fee.
2-3 business day turnaround: +75% of total project fee.
Same-day or under 24-hour turnaround (case-dependent): +100% of total project fee.
Services may be billed using one of the following structures:
Hourly consulting rate
Flat-rate case review (when appropriate)
Project-based pricing for defined scopes of work
Retainer agreements for ongoing litigation support
Fees are based on factors including:
Volume and complexity of medical records
Type of service requested (merit review, chronology, expert coordination, trial preparation, etc.)
Urgency and turnaround time
Anticipated length of involvement in the case
A detailed engagement agreement outlining scope of services, fee schedule, and expectations will be provided prior to the initiation of work.
